City projects

Public project stages come from the City of Austin Bond Dashboard, which includes program and funding entries as well as individual physical projects. Its “Construction” phase can mean physical work underway or a construction contract being executed. Listed start dates may be projected. “Completed” means the city reports the work complete; a listed construction end date is not a verified completion date. A small set of recently completed projects has separately dated City announcements. Site-plan cases include public and private applicants and show an application or approval process, not proof that a building is under construction or finished.
